Savour is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and performance marketing across Pakistan. This role is for a strategic thinker who can turn insights into action, build powerful campaigns, and scale a high-performing marketing function aligned with business growth.

You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy—from brand positioning to performance execution—while working closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners.

Responsibilities


    • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
    • Drive brand strategy, market intelligence, and consumer insights to strengthen Savour’s market position.
    • Lead performance marketing across digital and traditional channels with clear ROI focus.
    • Plan, execute, and manage outdoor advertising campaigns and vendor relationships.
    • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
    • Manage agencies, vendors, and strategic partners effectively.
    • Own marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking.
    • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance, continuously optimizing for growth.

Must Have


    • Proven leadership experience in developing and executing growth-driven marketing strategies.
    • Deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer behavior, market intelligence, and performance marketing.
    • Hands-on experience managing outdoor advertising campaigns and vendors.
    • Strong ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments and partners.
    • Experience with budget ownership, forecasting, KPI tracking, and ROI optimization.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or branding (Food/FMCG industry preferred).
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Nice to have


    • Experience in FMCG / QSR / food brands
    • Strong understanding of Meta, Google, and performance marketing dashboards
    • Ability to turn data into decisions (not just reports into folders)
    • Experience with content strategy, copy direction, and creative briefing
    • Exposure to CRM, loyalty, or customer lifecycle marketing
    • Knowledge of retail or multi-outlet brand marketing
    • Experience working with agencies and production vendors
    • Comfort with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and experimentation
